Instillagel Almed Gel is a sterile lubricant designed for use during catheterization and other endourethral procedures. It combines lubrication with auxiliary local anesthetic and disinfectant properties to enhance comfort, reduce infection risk, and ensure a smooth procedure. Each box contains single-use 10ml syringes pre-filled with the gel.

We offer a full refund of the product price for unopened products due to incorrect size, suitability or change of mind for products purchased within the previous 3 months. Customers must be able to provide proof of purchase and product packaging must be in good condition. Return shipping and costs are the purchasers responsibility. 

No returns accepted on Equipment (Stethoscopes, BP monitors etc.) , Nutritional products and any other products which are not supplied in sealed packaging as they cannot be restocked due to personal hygiene considerations or where customer storage conditions cannot be ascertained.
