Matrix^® is non enzymatic detergent and biofilm remover. It was specifically designed for use in Endoscopy, Central Sterilizing Departments and Dental Practices. Matrix^® has been demonstrated to remove conventional biological soils and bacterial biofilms, and as such is a breakthrough in validated cleaning protocols. Cleaning of Medical Devices has been identified as the critical first step in any effective instrument reprocessing system.

Bacterial biofilms in which both bacteria and other micro-organisms may be imbedded are more difficult to remove than conventional biological soils alone. Traditional cleaning solutions, most notably enzymatic detergent cleaners, have been demonstrated to be ineffective against bacterial biofilm soiling. Disease causing organisms have been proven to be transferred when protected within biofilms on improperly cleaned Medical Devices.

We offer a full refund of the product price for unopened products due to incorrect size, suitability or change of mind for products purchased within the previous 3 months. Customers must be able to provide proof of purchase and product packaging must be in good condition. Return shipping and costs are the purchasers responsibility. 

No returns accepted on Equipment (Stethoscopes, BP monitors etc.) , Nutritional products and any other products which are not supplied in sealed packaging as they cannot be restocked due to personal hygiene considerations or where customer storage conditions cannot be ascertained.
